Session and Break (Time-Out) Limits
To prevent excessive time spent on the platform, you can activate time alerts or session limits that automatically disconnect you after a set interval. If you feel the need to take a short-term break to reflect, the "Time-Out" function allows you to block access to your account for a period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe that using the platform is having a negative impact on your life and you need a more drastic measure, we offer the self-exclusion function. This option will completely block access to your funds and the use of services for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable permanently. During this period, you will be removed from all our marketing communication lists and will not be able to reactivate the account under any circumstances until the natural expiry of the term.
